Welcome Angier Bulldog Families to my webpage. My name is Celia Moreland and I am the English teacher for the Third Grade Dual Immersion Program. This will be my ninth year of teaching in the third grade at Angier Elementary. I graduated from Appalachian State University (Go Mountaineers) in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina and I am originally from Wilmington, North Carolina. I really enjoy teaching and I am excited to meet everyone this year and get to know you.
