Elizabeth Hodge

Mrs. Hodge is a career educator, serving in Harnett County - where she grew up and attended school. She graduated from high school in Harnett County and then attended Campbell University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. She also earned her Master of School Administration Degree from North Carolina State University.

Mrs. Hodge began her teaching career at Angier Elementary, where she taught 4th grade for six years. She then moved to North Harnett Primary to teach third grade. After two years as a third grade teacher, Mrs. Hodge decided to teach English as a Second Language (ESL) at North Harnett and served in this role for five years. In 2013 she was named Assistant Principal of North Harnett Primary and has been serving in this role for four years.

Mrs. Hodge was the Angier Elementary Teacher of the Year in 2005 and was named Teacher of the Year at North Harnett Primary in 2012. She is a member of the North Carolina and Harnett County Principals and Assistant Principals Association and Alpha Delta Kappa. She also is an active member of South Erwin Baptist Church.

Elizabeth and her husband, Darrell, reside in the Dunn area and have two children.
