Hello! My name is Ms. Kayla Bird. This school year is my thirteenth year of teaching. I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (K-6), Reading, and English as a Second Language from the University of West Florida. I also hold a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Instructional Technology from the University of West Florida. I went to the University of North Carolina Wilmington for an Add-On Licensure Masters in School Administration.  

I am excited to continue with the HCEC Family and look forward to assisting students and staff to continue success!
