  • Parents and students, you can find course information by selecting the class syllabus and the class website in the tabs on the left margin. Parents, upon review of your students course syllabus, please complete this brief survey to provide Mr. Wood with important contact information prior to the semester.

Information for Parents

  • Google Classroom is the Learning Management System (LMS) utilized for classroom instruction, communication and collaboration. Students use their Google accounts to have access to assignments, resources, and content. Using the Internet, students have access anytime and anywhere to posted assignments, due dates, as well as supporting curriculum resources.


    Important Note - While Google Classroom does store and show grades, it does not show every grade that students receive. PowerSchool should still be monitored to view student grades. If you do not have a PowerSchool Account, you can contact the school about obtaining login information.


Information for Students

  • You should be checking your Harnett County Schools Email, the class website AND Google Classroom daily, and any Announcements will also forward to your school email account if your notifications are on. If you have a smartphone, consider downloading the Google Classroom App and turning your Notifications on - this will ensure you instantly see any course announcements.
