*It is for 11th and 12th grade students ONLY who wish to Opt-Out of military recruiter contact.

*Parents may print the form, sign, and return it to their Advisory teacher or Guidance. They may also email the signed form to Ms. Osborne in Guidance at cosborne@harnett.k12.nc.us.
