* Your child must have a cap and gown to participate in the class picture and graduation.
* Students will NOT be able to use a cap and gown from previous years, as this year's cap and gown are different.
STEM Camps 2022 at Campbell University
In person, STEM Camps are back at Campbell University and we would love for your students to join us.
STEM Camp provides the opportunity for students to do hands-on activities with faculty and staff in the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and the School of Engineering.
Registration for STEM Camp includes a $150.00 non-refundable fee per student. There are Tier 1 Scholarships available for a limited number of students per camp.
Fifty seats are available per camp and are on a first come, first served basis. Please register your student for the correct grade level.

- High School Camp (rising 9th – 12th graders) will be held Tuesday – Thursday, July 12 – 14, 2022.

COVID-19 Health Update
Students and Parents,
Please review the UPDATED GUIDANCE from Harnett County Schools regarding the handling of a possible, suspected, presumptive, or confirmed case of COVID-19.
Students and staff for whom an exception does not apply must be excluded from school/work for five (5) days after exposure. Students and staff for whom an exception does not apply may return to school/work after five (5) days if ASYMPTOMATIC and WITHOUT proof of a negative test. As a mask optional district, it is encouraged that anyone returning from exclusion (quarantine) wears a mask for an additional five (5) days.
As a reminder, Harnett County Schools follows guidance from the CDC and NCDHHS included on pages 13 -17 of the StrongSchools NC Toolkit. The StrongSchools NC Toolkit, in its entirety, can be accessed electronically at https://covid19.ncdhhs.gov/media/164/open.

IMPORTANT ATTENDANCE REMINDER:
When your student returns to school for ANY absence (Covid, Quarantine, Sick, etc), please send them a detailed note on the day they return to school.
The note needs to include their Name, PowerSchool Number, Reason for Absence and list each day they were absent.
Students will go directly to the cafeteria and turn in their note to the Attendance Committee in order to receive their excused admit slip.
Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.CHROMEBOOKS- IMPORTANT MESSAGE!Parents and Guardians,Your HCHS students are now required to check out a Chromebook to have with them at school at all times.Personal devices can not be connected to the internet at HCHS so they will need a school issued device.If you cannot come to pick up a Chromebook today from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. you can complete the form below and your child will receive a Chromebook at some point on Monday while at school.Students will be responsible for charging their device each night at home and should plan to bring them each day.
