The application link is no longer active. The next Driver Education Class is scheduled for September 2022. The application for the September class will be activated on this page the last week of August. Parents/students who applied for the June class received an acceptance/denial email by the end of the day on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. If you did not receive an email of acceptance/denial, please contact the Registrar at the high school you indicated in the application.

The application link is currently active. The application link will remain active through Friday, June 3, 2022. Face to Face classes will be offered at all four high schools with 100 available slots at each high school (70 at THS). In addition, there will be one Virtual Class offered with 36 available slots.

Update: May 24, 2022
The next Driver Education Classes are scheduled for June 10-21, 2022. The hours are the following:
On Friday, June 10th, 2:45 PM-5:45 PM, Monday through Friday (June 13-17) 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, and Monday-Tuesday (June 20-21) 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. All students must be in attendance each day to meet the 30-hour requirement.
The application for the June class will be activated (on this page) on Friday, May 27, 2022, after 5:00. Face to Face classes will be provided, and there will be one Virtual Class. (Students attending school outside of Harnett County must take Driver Education in the county in which their school is located, no exceptions.) The application deadline is June 3, 2022.
