Parent/Student Participation Agreement
This form must be submitted to your child's school guidance counselor, as well as completion of the online application, to be considered for enrollment in an eLearning course.  

The application for online foreign language courses will be available on the SCHOOL websites.  If you have questions regarding the application process, contact the Guidance Department at your school.
