I am very excited about teaching 5th grade this year.  I am teaching Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies.  This is my 10th year at Buies Creek Elementary and my 14th year teaching fifth grade. I graduated from UNCW in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.  I live in Fuquay-Varina, but I am originally from Duplin County.  I am married to Jason Hollingsworth and have two children.  Ava is in 10th grade and John is a freshman in college.  In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.
