Welcome!  I am a Reading Recovery teacher at Buies Creek Elementary.  I have taught in Harnett County for 21 years.  I have taught kindergarten, first and second grade.  This is my eighth year as a Reading Recovery teacher.  I have always had a passion for teaching reading.  It is so fulfilling to watch a child grow as a reader.  

I have been married for 16 years.  We have three children.  They keep our world full of excitement and joy!  We love CrossFit, hiking, camping, and just spending quality time together!
