Welcome to our 2nd grade class!!

I'm excited about seeing my happy students every day.

I have been teaching at LaFayette since January 2000. Before that, I worked at Loganville Primary School in Georgia, and Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is the beginning of my 23rd year in Harnet County Schools!

I attended Brevard College, and graduated from Appalachian State University with a BS in Elementary Education. I am married and have a daughter who attends Appalachian State, and a stepson, and stepdaughter who are in college as well. Most importantly, the dog and cat are in charge at our household!
