Hello Third Grade Families, 

I am Ms. Tecoyia Smith and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year.

I have been teaching at Overhills Elementary for 9 years!

I am a Harnett County native as I have attended Harnett County Schools since Kindergarten. I received my BSN from Fayetteville State University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Social Work. A year later, I received my Elementary Education Licensure. I truly enjoy what I do, and I see teaching as being a ministry that I was blessed and equipped with.

I look forward to teaming up with you to make sure that your child has a successful and enjoyable 3rd grade year!!
