About Me: 

I was born and raised in New Hampshire but have lived in North Carolina since 2014. This is my 7th year teaching for the state of North Carolina, and I am excited to grow and develop Overhills Animal Science. I have always loved animals, have served as a large and small animal veterinary technician, co-managed horse stables, have run my own riding program and have many diverse experiences that help serve me in this role. I intend to make many ties from this curriculum to chemistry and biology to help ensure students relate our content to what they are learning in their core classes.
