Hello! My name is Tina Smith and I am a third grade teacher here at OES. I graduated from Campbell University in 1992 with a BS degree in Elementary Education K-6. I taught fourth grade at Anderson Creek for four years, third grade for two years at South Harnett, third grade at Highland for thirteen years ( where I was honored to be named Teacher of the Year  for the 2008-09 and 2012-13 school years) and this will be my sixth year at OES! I am now in my 25th  year of teaching! I have a wonderful husband , a  beautiful daughter, an amazing son , a sweet son-in-law and the most precious granddaughter Ellie James! I can't forget my fur baby Addie Mae who is a Mini Schnauzer with a slight attitude! I love to spend time with my family and friends, attending Impact church (where my husband is the Pastor), relaxing on my front porch swing and visiting the mountains and beaches whenever I can! I love teaching third grade  ( the best grade of all!) We chant, cheer, sing, dance, laugh and of course have a great time learning so much throughout the year! I am really looking forward to an amazing new school year!
