I have lived in Harnett County for over 30 years in the Coats-Erwin area, and I am a graduate of Campbell University. My husband and I have been married for 32 years. He is a local farmer, and we have three children. Our son is a graduate of Wake Forest University and serves in the North Carolina National Guard; he is married and has 2 children. Our middle daughter is a 2016 graduate of East Carolina University and is an English teacher at Overhills High School; she is also married. Our youngest daughter is a freshman at University of North Carolina at Wilmingtron.

This is my 14th year teaching, and this year, I am able to be at Wayne Avenue full time. I am looking forward to working with our EL students to support their academic growth.
