My name is Kim Fail and I am so very happy to be a part of your child's life this year!  I am a Fayetteville native who graduated from Pine Forest High School in 1988.  I then went on to attend East Carolina University and Fayetteville State University where I graduated with a degree in K-6 Education and a second degree in History.  This is my 27th year as an educator in Harnett County.  I have been fortunate to have been able to teach both High School and Elementary School in Harnett County.  My husband is employed as the Superintendant of the waste water plants in Harnett County and my children graduated from Overhills High School. I am Mom to 2 boys (men) and Gigi to 2 grandchildren.    

It is my hope that I will have your child more than ready to make the move over to the Middle School and conquer the next hurdle in their academic career.
