Hello Anderson Creek Cubs!  My name is Mary Lib Lasater.  I am a Harnett County native.  My family has lived in Harnett County for more than four generations!  I spent my elementary years at Boone Trail School (K-8) and continued to Western Harnett High School.  I attended Meredith College in Raleigh as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow and received a BA in Psychology and a K-6 teaching license in 1994.  I received my MA in Elementary Education from Meredith in 1999.

I just finished my 28th year of teaching and my 24th year teaching at Anderson Creek!  I've taught second and third grades, and I have been a Reading Recovery teacher for the past 16 years. I enjoy working with students to improve their reading and writing skills.  I truly love what I do!
