My name is Lisa Cox. I have been in education for 17 years with 5 years in Harnett County. In addition to teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am the proud parent of a daughter and a son, and a blessed grandparent to one grandson with another one on the way. I am also a pet parent to one dog and one cat! I am very excited to once again be teaching Kindergarten at Benhaven Elementary. For me, teaching is a learning experience and I find excitement in the new things I learn as the children learn. I embrace each child's distinctly different learning style and know that we will all learn together. I want each and every child to experience the sense of family and tradition that Benhaven offers as we all look forward to another exciting and educational year!
