About me: Although I was born in North Carolina, I claim Arkansas as home (Woo Pig Sooie!). I attended Campbell University for a degree in English. I enjoy hiking, camping, watching football, and attempting to cook (an act that typically ends with an order of Thai takeout). 

I look forward to working together and expanding your knowledge of the English language through short stories, drama, novels, and poetry. I believe that a classroom should have a strong structure but also a friendly and relaxed work environment. I have high expectations for you as my students, but I also expect you to hold me to the same standard.
