Hello Parents and Students!

My name is Mr. Blake Betts! I have been teaching with Harnett County schools for 4 years going into 5 years. I taught at LaFayette Elementary School for one year and I have been at Lillington Shawtown ever since! I got my teaching degree through Harnett County's Lateral Entry program with classes coming from University of Phoenix. In this time I have taught 4th and 5th Grade. I am 32 years old and have been a resident of Harnett County for my whole life. Prior to teaching, I graduated from Campbell University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Communication Studies and Christian Ministries. I enjoy spending my spare time with family and friends, and playing golf and softball. I look forward to the coming school year and hope to do my best to serve all of you! Go Cougars!
