I have been teaching history and reading in the public school system for more than 21 years.  I earned my B.A. in teaching at St Andrews University and my M.A. in History from Southern New Hampshire University and currently working towards my M.A in Curriculum and Instruction from Southern New Hampshire as well.  I enjoy showing my student's that history is both fun and interesting.  I look forward to teaching the hisotry of the United States and North Carolina to my eighth graders over the school year.
