Education/Experience: 

I have worked in three different schools in three different states.  I attended OSU-Okmulgee Technical Institute right out of high school.  I graduated in December 2005 with my Associate of Applied Science degree concentration in Culinary Arts.  I went on to East Central University in Ada, OK to further my education, where I majored in Family and Consumer Science and graduated in December 2008 with a Bachelor of Science.

About Me:

My name is Mary Beth Roach.  I was born and raised in Oklahoma.  I met my husband in college and we married two years later.  He joined the army in 2009, which started our crazy adventure.  We have lived in six different states, including Alaska, Oklahoma, Texas, Mississippi, Kansas, and currently North Carolina.  I have worked in schools in Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Kansas.  I have two kiddos, Sadie and Paxton.  We love exploring new places and being outdoors.
