Hello!  I am super excited to be at Western Harnett Middle. 

I am excited to work with all the students and ready to embrace the challenges this year may bring!

I grew up in Ohio and moved to NC about 7 years ago.  Since then I have worked at Overhills Elementary, South Harnett Elementary, Dunn Middle and now for my last stop - Western Harnett.  I love teaching and get so excited when students are learning and sharing. 

I have a Bachelors in Education with a K-6, 6-9 ELA and 6-9 Math certification.  I have begun working towards an AIG add on in the next 2 years.  

I have worked at horse back riding centers for over 15 years while in Ohio.  I love horses and will be hoping to get a horse this year!  I have 2 cats at home that are spoiled!!  I love being outside, except when the allergies kick in, then I'm an inside girl.

This is going to be a fabulous year of learning and I'm glad I am at Western Harnett Middle.
