My name is Trina Walker, this will be my 3rd year here at Erwin Elementary. I have worked with the district for several years now and love teaching 5th grade. I began working at CEMS and then at Triton, where I still volunteer with the Marching Hawks (GO HAWKS). I am from Florida and move to North Carolina in 2003 so my daughter could attend NC schools, I have been married for 30 years and have 2 children. Both of my children went to Triton. We had lived in Angier for 13 years before moving to Dunn. As a family we love hiking and camping as well as all kinds of cooking. I love both Science and Social Studies and I find interesting ways to teach both. I am excited to see what this year will bring and meeting all my new students.
