Welcome to Foods I/II & Culinary Arts I/II! I'm Ms. McLean and I am so happy to meet you. I am a proud graduate of North Carolina Central University (Eagle Pride). This is my third year teaching at Harnett Central High School but my sixth year teaching.  I have 4 wonderful children and grew up here right in the heart of Harnett county.

If you have a passion for cooking or are interested in becoming a Chef, then Culinary Arts are for you. If you want to learn how food works with your body& want to learn to cook basic meals at home for you, or your family Foods courses are your go-to. Join me in one of the most hands-on, fun-based learning experiences.
