My classroom is a place where students can thrive, and prepare for family life, a career, and being a life-long learner. We never stop learning, whether it be in our professional or personal life. I teach Child Development; and we cover childrens education 0-6 years olds. This includes parenting, family dynamics, balancing work and home, and what it takes to raise a child. Whether a student is interested in education, social services, or child psychology, every student is welcome.
This classroom is based on project-based learning, and we use a variety of craft supplies. Some of it is used to demonstrate student learning in mulitple platforms, some of it is used to understand the ability of fine motor skills in young children. Any and all craft supplies are welcome. The WHHS PTO Thrift store on Olivia Road always seems to have something in stock, and most supplies can be found at home as well.

A couple of fun facts about myself: I enjoy watching WHHS sports, swimming, going to the beach, boating and new adventures. My 10 year old son attends Benhaven Elementary, and I have a two-year old at home who attends Little Miracles Daycare while we're at school.
Please do not hesitate to email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I look forward to meeting all my students and their families.
