STAR Academy is transitioning to the LINQ Rapid Health Screener Program. Please see Letter Below:

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are writing to notify you of our new online LINQ Rapid Health Screener Parent Portal.  The LINQ Rapid Health Screener is where you will log your student’s daily health attestation information.  We are requesting that you take a moment to visit the Parent Portal at https://harnett.esvportal.com/Login.aspx to create an account. There are instructions below to assist you with this process.  Your student’s Powerschool ID number will be required when attaching them to your account.

The online attestation form(s) are available immediately once a student has been attached to your account.  Please complete this form daily prior to your student(s) reporting to school.  This online form replaces the need for a daily paper form.

LINQ RAPID HEALTH SCREENER

PARENT ACCOUNT CREATION

1. Go to the following website:  https://harnett.esvportal.com/Login.aspx
2. Select the Parent/Guardian icon
3. Scroll down and Select Create an Account
4. Fill in the required personal information
5. Create your password, security question, and PIN
6. Select Register and Begin
7. Select Okay Let’s Go when prompted.
8. Select Add Student on left side of page
9. Select Attach My Student
10. Scroll down to Option #2 Provide Student Details
11. Provide student information including Student ID Number (Powerschool Number)
12. Select the green Attach button

Estimado Padre/Encargado,

Estamos escribiendo para notificarle acerca de nuestro nuevo Portal para Padres LINQ Rapid Health Screener en línea.  El LINQ Rapid Health Screener es donde registrará la información de atestiguación diaria de su estudiante. Le pedimos que tome un momento para visitar el Portal para Padres en https://harnett.esvportal.com/Login.aspx para crear una cuenta. Hay instrucciones a continuación para ayudarlo con este proceso. Se requerirá un número de identificación de Powerschool del estudiante al adjuntar un estudiante a su cuenta.

Los formularios de atestiguación o certificación en línea están inmediatamente disponibles una vez que un estudiante ha sido adjuntado a su cuenta. CREACIÓN DE CUENTA PARA PADRES

 en LINQ Rapid Health Screener

1. Vaya al siguiente sitio de la red (website):  https://harnett.esvportal.com/Login.aspx
2. Seleccione el ícono de Padre/Encargado
3. Desplácese hacia abajo y seleccione Crear una Cuenta
4. Complete la información personal requerida
5. Crear su contraseña, pregunta de seguridad y PIN
6. Seleccione Okay Let’s Go cuando se le solicite
7. Seleccione Agregar Estudiante en el lado izquierdo de la página
8. Seleccione Adjuntar mi Estudiante
9. Desplácese hacia abajo hasta la Opción #2 Proporcione Detalles del Estudiante
10. Proporcione información del estudiante, incluido el número de identificación del estudiante (número de Powerschool)
11. Seleccione el botón verde Adjuntar
