Hello! My name is Daniela Vargas I will be your child's 4th grade Dual Immersion Teacher. I am from Chile, a beautiful, long and thin country located in South America.

This is my second year teaching 4th grade at Boone Trail Elementary School.  I have been an elementary teacher for 8 years now. I also have a Master's degree in English Language Teaching (ESL).

I've always aimed to build positive and strong relationships with my students, so they can feel safe and comfortable in my classroom, by achieving that, we all have a greater chance to learn even more!

I am an avid reader, as some would call, a "book worm". I love books, especially romance novels. But my heart will always be set on the Harry Potter series, my favorite one is The Goblet of Fire, but I love them all!! I will try to make my students love reading! I do believe something very magical happens when you read a good book! 

I am really excited about beginning this school year and have a magical year together!
