Hi Everyone! This is my first year here at Erwin Elementary, and I'm very excited to join the team. I moved down here from Upstate, NY (similar terrain to this area) six years ago, and have no plans on moving back! I've taught Sixth grade Social Studies, and US History I and II at the high school level. Outside of school, my hobbies include: working on cars, photography, spending time with my family. Having three boys doesn't really leave for much time after that. When I can, I do like to go out and try new foods. The triangle area has a ton of variety, and I'm happy I picked to live in this area. I will say, I have also become a fan of Eastern NC BBQ. People up north are really missing out

The best way to contact me is either through Class Dojo, or email. Please try not to call me during class hours (unless it's an emergency) as it takes away from instructional time. I am able to meet most days after school, and will make time during the day if necessary.
