Hi friends and welcome to kindergarten! I am so happy you are here! I am excited about meeting and getting to know each and every one of you this year. I am committed to creating a classroom environment where your child is a valued, trusted, and integral part of our family of learners.

I am originally from the small town of Woodbine, Georgia, where I met my husband. We've been married for 12 years and we have a 5th grader and 1st grader who both attend Benhaven. I received my bachelor's degree from Valdosta State University (Go Blazers!) and am currently continuing my education through East Carolina University.

In my free time I like to read as many books as I can!
