As an innovative educator, I understand learning is a unique experience for every individual. I believe all educational facilities require flexibility in how to approach educational standards in helping students develop competency and skill building in their individual interests. I am an advocate for the health and well-being of our educators and students. I believe in creating new methods of learning that will allow students engaging and individualized learning opportunities. I believe in advocacy for our teachers and their instructional needs. I aspire to help educators obtain leadership skills and competence in their content areas along with developing consistency in their self-awareness.
