Hello Hawks!

My name is Mrs. Katia Whitehead and I am your new teacher. I am thrilled to be a part of the Triton family! This is my first year here, but I have experience in the field of education. I enjoyed the opportunity to work for Harnett County Schools for over 10 years. I love what I do!

I am a graduate of Liberty University. Go flames! I have two degrees in Psychology. I am currently attending Campbell University. 

I am married with two incredible children, Ki'Shawn(18 yrs old) and Ke'Ira(14yrs old). I also have three God daughter's; Saniya(13), Amani (9), and Aspen(5)! I'm a wife, mother, sister, daughter, granddaughter, friend and educator. 

My hobbies include spending time at church, shopping, traveling and with my family and friends.
