Hello to all!
While I am new to the world of education, I have 30 years' experience as an Executive Chef. I worked in restaurants and hotels up and down the East Coast before settling back in my hometown. I live on a farm that's been in my family since 1850 where my wife and I raise heritage breed pigs and goats as well as growing many different types of produce.
I love all things food and enjoy imparting my years of culinary knowledge to those who have an interest.
I graduated from Dunn High School and East Carolina University many, many years ago.
