The vision of Western Harnett Middle School Comprehensive School Counseling Program is to produce students that are college and career ready and are prepared to meet the challenges and expectations of a technology-driven world. The Counseling Department supports all students' access to, and participation in, a challenging curriculum as well as high-quality opportunities for self-directed personal growth. 

Western Harnett Middle School Counselors will advocate for students by teaming with stakeholders to ensure all students will have access to a rigorous, high quality, academic, career and social-emotional curriculum that will inspire all learners to reach their fullest potential.
