I am excited to be the Physical Education teacher at Anderson Creek Primary with an amazing staff for the 5th year!! I work with the Student Lighthouse Team, helping to make amazing leaders at Anderson Creek! 

     Prior to coming to ACPS, I was a Physical Education/Health teacher and Coach at Overhills High School for 7 years.  School Pride is my passion and keeping students interested in physical activity for life is my mission!  

Prior to moving to North Carolina, I lived in Maryland, working with Special Education and coaching soccer and softball.  I graduated from "Wild and Wonderful" West Virginia University where I earned my Bachelors in Phys. Ed and Health and received my Masters in Athletic Coaching Education. 

I played JV soccer at West Virginia for a year as the starting goalie.  I switched to club softball where I was a starting outfielder.  I played Varsity soccer and softball at Frostburg State University (in Maryland) for a year before transferring back to WVU.

I am ready for a new group of kids at Anderson Creek!
